Customs Broker
Anyone know of a good reputable customs broker in Del Rio Texas to nationalize a car? Thanks for any information.

Not all, in fact only a few, customs offices can do cars. You will need to go to N. Laredo

Re: Customs Broker
Drove to Nogales to get our car nationalized. It took exactly 1 hour and 10 minutes to complete the entire transaction. The Broker we used, Oscar Angulo, responded to every email we sent him, requested that we fax our documentation to him in advance so that he could have everything ready. Met us exactly on time, stayed with us every step of the way. Great experience. 2006 Ford Escape, total charge 1050USD. Had friends go to Laredo and it took them all day and many frustrations. Yes it is a longer drive to Nogales and there are tolls to be paid, but we only had two "slow down" checkpoints and almost no traffic to worry about. We recommend Oscar and Nogales and then go to Tucson for a day or two before heading back to Ajijic.
