Looking for Rental for Winter 2014

I am now beginning to look to secure a rental property for my elderly parents for winter 2014. Most likely January, February & March. Exact dates to be firmed up by the summer.



Requirements are:

1. 2 bedroo, 2 bath

2. Nice place with lots of light, comfortable furnishings and good quality beds

3. Jet Tub if possible - Mom has arthritis

4. One level

5. Secure

6. Preferably in El Parque, El Dorado (villa), or Bird of Paradise, Mission or Chapala Haciendas Condo's. We live in Chapala Haciendas and would like to have them somewhere close as they do not have a car and we will be the ones driving them to and fro!

7. Rent is flexible depending on the place. Most important to find the right spot.



This will be the first time here for my folks and I need to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
