HOW DO I SPELL STUPID

JIM W......LMAO, either that or my alzheimers kicked in this morning. Upon arrival for a fun day in Mazatlan, Deb asked me where I put our passports. I thought for a moment, and said right next to the TV......unfortunately, the TV @ our home in Chapala!

Since you typically drive, you might consider getting US Passport Cards as they are easier to have with you at all times in your wallets. Just $30USD for current Passport holders. Meanwhile, please enjoy your R/T drive back to Chapala Haciendas to retrieve your Passports!

Tooo Cruel Neil!!! FORTUNATELY, we contacted Spencer(Thank You Intercasa), and the passports are being over nighted to the hotel in Mazatlan. I will definitely get the US passport cards, Thanks for the tip.

Didn't you forget something else the last time you were going NOB too?
Make a list Jim...and tape it on the front door so it's in your face before you leave on the trip. We make lists ALL the time. It ain't easy getting older but we can fight back.

Well, we made it, passports in hand, and are now, Successful, vegetable and fruit smugglers, LOL. Yes we did the unthinkable, after washing thoroughly, 6 papaya from our garden. We went through customs lying all the way. When they pulled us out of line for further inspection....wife was sweatin bullets! Me I had a vision of Arlo Guthrie......getting busted fer litterin!

Took your advice ferret, I taped the passports to Deb's forehead, and hung her on the door!

Lots of opportunities for humor here. I make lists all the time, then forget to take the list with me. I forget absolutely everything unless there is a list, which does no good if it's at home on the kitchen counter.
I'm getting that sinking feeling that alzheimers may be on its way, however there are advantages, such as making new friends every day. How bad can that be?
A nmber of the ones I currently have are best forgotten.

That's where it gets tricky Eileen...if only we could remember the friends that we would like to forget. :)
Most people on this board know that I'm anal about organization...the list gets written in the order of the aisles in which I will find the goods. The fun part, is not taking the list out of my purse while I shop. Then, when finished, I check my score and, hopefully, I remembered everything I wrote down...then I get a kitkat as a reward. :) ...or not. :(
