Personally. I think John simply expired from fractious nihilistic tendencies leading, eventually, to insanity which is what did in Huey Long back before air conditioning so at least he´s keeping illustrious company.

It seems the epicenter of God´s wrath has moved north from the Gulf to Chris Christie´s Jersey shore.
