Patty's Place

Spent a pleasant afternoon at Patty's Place today. Had the chiles rellenos to eat and a rum and Coke "divorciado" to drink. Patty's Place is new but you may remember her from the Camaleon...I do. If you haven't been there, it's on Ocampo, near the west end of the same block as Mannix. There's a pool room in the back. And, of course, it's always a pleasure to see Patty.

Don't know who Pedro is but I think Patty's Place used to be called the Bakina.

The Camaleon is a popular bar on Constitucion, near the plaza in Ajijic. It has a chameleon painted on the outer wall. Patty worked there as a bartender. She's a dear friend and I wish her well in her new endeavor.

Yes this is Pedro's old place - he now has the resturant 'Go'. Hope someone can make it in that location.

Patty's Place is where Pedro's Gourmet was on Ocampo??? I thought it was another name.

Hope someone can make a go of GO restaurant, I think Peter has already done that. The question should have been is Patty going to make a go of her restaurant when it's closed more than open.
