Chapala Beat Cops

Having had the raging discussions about how crooked the cops are I just have to bring up one more observation.

Regarding the Chapala beat cops; only 2 drive to work and their cars are beaters, 2 are dropped off by their wives (in beaters) and the rest either walk to work, ride their bikes or are brought in the back of a PD pick up truck. While there is some turn over most of these guys have shown up daily for years and they work long boring hours. It seems to me if they were so corrupt they would all have cars or motorcycles.

So my conclusion is the crooked cops must be some other cops because they ain't theses cops.

Interesting thought. I didn't know anybody could live on this kinda of money lakeside. Maybe they are just
a little bit corrupt to make ends but don't want to be too evil. To be fair they probably watch for cops with
new cars and such.

Does he live in Chapala? Have you seen his private vehicle or house?
I believe the guys have to kick back in order to keep their jobs.

He lives in Chapala, near/about Pepe Guizar.
Why are you so curious about where he lives and what he drives? You do know that his house suffered a grenade attack and he has had death threats.

I don't think RoofBob's intent was to put the chief front and center like a sitting duck.
