Las Fuentes
Anyone with first hand knowledge of living in Las Fuentes? No security guard or gate and water rationing March-June are two issues I have heard of. Thanks in advance.

That's reason enough not to live there. Not much of an area either. Too far out from Ajijic. Closer to Joco. Much better areas exist.

Las Fuentes is a beautiful Fracc. It's quiet, with incredible views, well kept up common grounds and gardens. The neighbors look out for each other. No, it's certainly not Ajijic.

And Joco had wonderful shopping, restaurants and an easy road to get to Guad. The only thing I don't miss is driving over the topes.
