La Casona de la China Poblana - Puebla, Mexico

Since Puebla is known as the birthplace of Chiles en Nogada, we chose this particular restaurant for a dive into this traditional dish on our first night in Puebla. As this is a seasonal entree, we lucked out that we were "in season".A beautiful establishment with great service, food and presentation! As you can see in the slideshow, the bar is a real showcase with a lighted bar out of onyx:
