Apologize

I owe everyone on this board and Apology, I lost it and am sorry. An individual found out where I live and came to my house, this person stated that he was in the area and wanted to stop by and meet me. I don't know this person and have had several spats on the board. I didn't invite him into my house for that reason, I didn't know if came to fight or was really interested in meeting me? We talked, smiled, shook hands and he left. The next day he came on this board and trashed me " He can't communicate, didn't invite me inside for a sitdown talk, and on. The man was at my house I wasn't mad, I was pissed. I responded in a very bad way, which got worst, when he stated that I was not invited to the board meeting, so now U know who I am talking about, Cbob got involved and is that. I didn't mention any name, because this is about my attitude which again I apologize for.

Guy...it's time to give it a rest...and all the happy horse shit about business models, share holders etc...is just that. This is a friendly...for the most part chat group. Signing up as a member makes you share holder of..nothing. Get a grip.

It's true, John, you, without provocation of any kind, say really nasty, rude and mean things to people you've never laid eyes on. In fact, I had stopped reading your posts for that reason.

In my opinion, this board has the chance to become all that C.com is not. There are some really good knowledgeable, bi-cultural, and smart people posting on this board.

Some board needs to take over the portion of C.com's readership that is dissatisfied with the insane censoring and some of the rank stupidity that abounds. Bob, I think you're in a position to do that! And, I think you're on the right track now. There always needs to be at least SOME moderating. Intelligent moderating. As said, there are now only 2 posters I don't have to read anymore here.

Because people are free to move wherever they choose. Not everybody is old and other cities have more to offer than old busy body gringos with nothing better to do than moan and groan. There are many vibrant cities which are safer right now that are more suited for the younger crowd.

If one is to sincerely apologize for their actions, shouldn't they take total ownership for their actions and not be rationalizing by stating or inferring that someone else made me do it?

When are y'all going to realize the most disliked posters like prorader pedro are boozers. They post their crap when drinking. They are unhappy people. The majority of the posters enjoy picking a fight. Some just don,t have the intellect to argue an issue so they just throw out profanity and and pick on the nicer people.

In addition, some folks just like a lot of attention, negative, positive, they don't care. Their theory is that negative attention is better than no attention at all.

When I get my breathalyzer keyboard perfected I will make a fortune. I wish I had a way to simply block some people from posting for certain hours throughout each day. I know few who should not be posting from 4:00pm to 4:00am.......jajajaja.

I was about to add that...spot on people also know what buttons to push with certain people. Look how they mess with John. He doesn't stop to think about how his words sound to others. Then there are those who don't have sense to just shut up. Always have to get the last word in. People don't have boundaries anymore.
