Sorry, but if you are going to tell us facts, then try at least to get them close.

Try a search at www.chapalamls.com and put in any parameters you want. There are over 600 lots and homes for sale.

And between 150k-600k your numbers don't work for each of these companies.

fastrak - Try again. I put in the 150 K - 600 K parameters and searched by Realtor in AJIJIC. These figures show at the top of the page. I was only looking in this wide range to give insight. Maybe you don't know how to use the Chapala MLS website. I do and have been watching it for over 6 months since I have a house for sale. I watch new listings and price drops.

You are right hockables no big deal. However it bugs me when this guy john is spouting off details that are false. So find below the total number of lots and homes and res means residential.

Sorry, my bad, maybe I should have included all of Lakeside. I did parameters so as hopefully not to include lots.

Don't know if you know or not, but 60 homes and lots sold between Jan 1, 2012 and Apr 15 2012. Many were under $ 250, for example Chapala and Riberas. A few in the $ 400's to $ 700's. El Dorado penthouse: 762 K, two others in mid 400's. Chula Vista Norte, one at 500 and two in mid - high 400's. That's a surprise to me. One at Arroyo Alto for 400. One up the street from me - 620 K.

John, no apologies needed. I do apologize for saying some rather bad comments to you.

Also, understand that the statistics that you are now quoting are not totally accurate aswell. There are a few RE companies that do not post all of there sales to avoid taxes and the problems that happend before with JH and GIL.

But it does take some huevos to admit when you are wrong, so congrats to you for that.
