Susan and Jimmy Barto selling Suzy's
Bummer. What a shame that these too VERY talented individuals are going home and need to sell there House/ Business right on the Carretara across from Roberto's. Here's the original post:
"was just visiting with Suzie at her lovely shop on the carretera. She and Jimmy are planning to move back to the states in order to be with family. They are selling the property which could be used as a business/home, just as a business OR it could be returned to it's original purpose of just a great residence..with a wonderful interior courtyard. If you know anyone who is interested, give her a call at (376)766-5458.
There may also be a BIG sale in the plans.....so stay tuned."

Re: Susan and Jimmy Barto selling Suzy's
I stopped by to see Suzy yesterday. Sadly, it's true, but they are looking forward to the move for many reasons, especially being near family
.
They are selling the property as well as the business by FSBO, not listed with any realtors at present, and the price she mentioned was a very good one, so see her about either or both. She asked me to post this on the forum.
That type of business would be ideal for someone who already has an income stream and wanted to run a high end antique, art or consignment shop. It's a very attractive, well kept property in a good location across from Roberto's Restaurant. Plenty of room for living quarters as well as a business. Decent parking.

If you haven't been there......she has some great things, from furniture to art objects.

She asked you to post this, but asked you to give absolutely no info on prices, etc. How many folks in Congress decide to resign to spend more time with their family and we never know the real reasons, nor do we need to. Just not sure how you thought your post was helpful to her, as it contained zero info. Zoey

Zoey...who stuck the burr under your saddleblanket here?
I don't pry into peoples' personal reasons for doing what they do, and I'm not in the real estate business, so have no wish to reveal sellling prices or terms. Suzy will be glad to tell you what they're asking. Whether she wants to tell you anything else about the move is, of course, her own business.
Sheesh, indeed.

Zoey, pls stop using EVERY post on this board as your own personal chat board. Get a life. You're just stirring the pot, you're not adding anything. It's getting boring. Why not take a breather and let someone else post something that you can react to, hopefully in a helpful way. Otherwise pls ask Bob to give you your own personal topic heading and if he does, pls STAY THERE.
