Starlink Cable Empty Starlink Cable

Does anyone locally have 2nd gen starlink cable that I could borrow for a couple of hours. My router does not connect to the dish and I don't know if it is a damaged cable or the dish has crapped out. I'd like to find out if it's the cable before incurring the cost of a new one only to find out it was dish. PM if you can help, please.
