Walked to lunch to Cocinart and CFE meters were working a few blocks from us.  Walking back home from lunch, there are Policia trucks blocking Privada Ocampo at Independencia (short block west of Pedro Moreno).  We could see a wire hanging down to the ground.  Hopefully they can convince CFE to get off their ass and come out to repair.  

On FB someone said their power went out at 9:30am; we have solar battery backup on most of property....it seemed to us the power went off around 11am.  But can't be certain.
