I keep hearing that Starbucks is taking over Black Coffee as well. Also, there is Tobolandia that recently announced it has been sold and will be closing. That is a huge property. I'm hoping for a Home Depot......

It is louisiana chicken or something like that in the laguna parking lot - drive thru I heard - plus I heard star bucks has already purchased whatever - where black coffee is
