There is an interesting apothecary (Botica Jalisciense, Old Apothecary of the Old Men, that is a branch of the original in Guadalajara)  that is in the Hospital San Antonio complex -- it is on the west side, ground floor.  They have some essential oils, as well as tinctures, soaps, balms, fragrances, weird old-style ingredients for lotions, etc.
Website will give you an idea of their products - https://boticajalisciense.com/

Herbolaria Mexicana next to Centro de Copiado, just west of Cafe Negro.

El Jardin de Liz next to Super Lake.
