Cheesecake with Blueberry Sauce
Apple Pie
Nut cookies (Mexican wedding cookies)
Condecitos (flaky little cookie with a thin crunchy glaze), her grandmother's recipe

On the lateral of the eastbound carretera in Ajijic.  It is next door to Charter Club Tours.

Ooooops---I misspelled her first name, it's EVA. Though pronounced A-VA
