"Basil" Thai Restaurant at Hidalgo #21 Ajijic

I had heard that Pian Thai was moving here (where David's Cafe was).  

Walked by at 10:30am today (Thursday) and took picture of their sign.  No mention of Chef Pian.  

Despite hours posted on sign, there were no signs of life this morning.  Maybe not yet open for biz??  Though chairs and plants are all set up.

I just googled that phone number and it is same as Pian Thai. Odd he's not using his name in signage....he has a very good rep.

Curious about those morning hours and menu.

I didn't even know that David's Cafe had closed. That's too bad as I enjoyed his food.

Jesus decided to retire as business the past year was only !/3 of usual...

What is a thai breakfast? maybe i will go sunday and try it...
