Go to the top right of the page and click on "CLICK HERE for QuickJump Menu" and a drop down menu will unfold. Click on the bottom setting called "User Settings". You must be logged in for this to work. After clicking on user settings, click on "friends and foes" and scroll down to the bottom... add the username of the poster you want to ignore and click add.
Enjoy the peace and quiet.
