I do not know if it's still available but "Jalisco Condo Law in English", translations by Garry Musgrave may be what you are looking for. A few years ago it was available in Ajijic at the residence of (I think) G Musgrave. The 2nd edition is dated 2015. It's a collection of laws relevant to condos.
