Q: Neighbor tree destruction

Hey Brain Trust ~

Any stories regarding neighbors killing neighbors trees re: their view or other nonsense: what they did, who they called, how resolved etc. ? Google indicates that legally, unless cameras captured the event, any soil testing is only circumstantial.  

The tree has not been doing well for months, something killing it slowly, maybe chlorox or hypertonic salt water. Is there a soil testing company in Guad that does testing?  It apparently is a special 'protected' tree in Mexico - a whole row of them - but the ONE.

For some reason I can’t get that to open but what I think I’d do first is call Chapala Tree Service. They treat trees for that beetle that was killing palms and I have had them to remove 3 palms I waited too long to treat. They might be able to tell you what’s wrong and maybe treat the
