Online appointment for Covid booster
I went to enter the online appointment for a booster in Chapala however the site did not list Chapala as one of the municipalities. Is this required in Chapala? It did let me register for Guadalajara.

OK, I found a different registration site that had Chapala as one of the options.

If you are just trying to get your booster there is no online registration and no appointment.

Yes there is. The second link I posted lets you print out the registration form which also acts as the form they fill out your booster information on.

I used the link you gave and it told me I already had an appointment and gave the date of my second shot.

Re: Online appointment for Covid booster
You don't need to register for a booster. Just show up with a copy of your original registration, a copy of the receipt for your other vaccinations, a copy (front and back) of your immigration card (or INE if you're Mexican), a copy of your CURP and a copy of your most recent CFE or Telmex bill to prove residence. I'm also taking the original of the CFE bill just in case.
Tomorrow's the day for my booster. I did want a different vaccine but have been reading that three doses of AstraZeneca will work just fine.

I went to https://coronavirus.jalisco.gob.mx/ruta-de-la-vacunacion/ but did not see any boosters being given in Chapala tomorrow (Wednesday).
Ferret, where are you going for your booster tomorrow?

For the third dose there is a document I am missing and not sure where to get it. It is the one named "REIMPRESION del Registro Federal para la vacunacion". I have all the other docs. Where do I get the one I am missing?

Re: Online appointment for Covid booster
It's a copy of your original registration on the government website https://mivacuna.salud.gob.mx/index.php
I just went to that site and there doesn't seem to be any way to reprint the registration. Sorry. I kept the original and made copies of it to hand in for the first and second shots... and now the third. It's unfortunately a habit that comes with long term living in Mexico. Never chuck any official paperwork in Mexico.
I guess you can try if you have the printout of the official document for vaccination #'s 1 and 2. Do NOT give them your only copy!

Well I don't have that document anymore. I have my 2 dose vaccination certificate. I guess I'll go and see what they say. I just hope I don't have to wait in a four hour line and then get told I don't have the correct documents.

Re: Online appointment for Covid booster
They have people who are checking documents IN the line for exactly the reason you mention. Obviously if you have the documentation of your first and second shots then the original request shouldn't be needed. Using logic that is.

Correct, using logic, but we know how that works down here. Thanks for the info Ferret.

Re: Online appointment for Covid booster
They had a separate line for seniors before even entering the park. I was in and out within an hour. They checked the papers every step of the way and kept them at the last stop before getting the shot. They give you a form showing you got the booster.
Edited to add they never looked at my CFE bill.

Okay. So I went to the above site and filled in the information for booster for those over 30 and all the subsequent information. Clicked and get hung up on a page that only shows a heading. I've now done this three times. So, I'm either doing something wrong or ? Do they send the form to the e-mail address you filled in? I'm so freakin' frustrated with Mexican government forms online.

Re: Online appointment for Covid booster
So Ferret, this exact thing happened to me on Monday. Basically got nothing after clicking. But today it worked and got a PDF downloaded. I used the EDGE browser yesterday when it didn't work and today used the same EDGE browser when it did work. You might try using a different browser because sometimes using a different browser like (CHROME) might get you different results.

Re: Online appointment for Covid booster
Thanks! I am using Edge. Someone else told me that the site might just be overwhelmed. I'll hit it again at 6:30 tomorrow morning. At least now I'll be able to sleep well knowing that it happened to someone else. Much appreciated!

Yes, switch browsers. Edge didn't work for me. I used Chrome. Ensure any translation is turned off.

Re: Online appointment for Covid booster
Left the house at 10, got my booster and was back in the car at 11:16. Almost made it even faster but the guy in front of me was the last one before they closed the gate for that module. Unbelievably efficient!

Tried Chrome, Internet Exp., and Firefox last night. Nada. I'll probably get it when it's too late.
