I’m in Centro. I experienced an outage Thursday afternoon/evening, smooth sailing since.

Sometimes, power cycling the modem will get you back online. If you’ve already done that contact the NOC at noc@mail.ilox.mx. Include your contract #. They are pretty good at responding.

Yep, same here. Was down for a couple of hours on Thursday afternoon but back up since here in Ajijic Centro.

I also have my eye on TotalPlay but they have had some outages lately too. It seems these new ISP's start off strong and end up in the ditch.......

I have had TotalPlay for 8 months now and haven't had a single outage in lower Riberas behind Mirasol. Friends with iLox have had quite a few outages during that time. I had iLox from the time it came to the area, but much happier with TotalPlay for a number of reasons.
