When ILOX is down, I use my Telcel Android phone as a hotspot. You can buy 2 hours of unlimited data for 15p. Works great depending on your signal strength. I get about 50 Mbps download.

Given the way these companies have been stringing their lines over tree branches, other wires, etc., it is no surprise that they fail when the winds arrive.
