Aguinaldo or Christmas Bonus?

I have read up on the Aguinaldo due to "employees" by December 20th. But am looking for suggestions on a slightly different situation.

We have been leasing a condo in a small six unit complex that is all inclusive. The manager is great and she has a great group of employees. We would like to give each employee a cash Christmas present and do a nice gift basket for the manager.

Would we be out of line in doing so and should these be given by Dec 20th? Don't want to step on any toes or insult anyone.

All advise is welcome.

I think that sounds like a fine idea.  Everybody likes a Christmas remembrance.

No dates would apply, and no toes would be endangered.
