Garbage Christmas Aguinaldo

I received my envelope for the aguinaldo for the garbage men today. What is the standard rate for this. I forgot what I gave last year but I am thinking 100 pesos each for the 4 man crew.

I just put 500 pesos in envelope, will hand it to them tomrrow..

It's not an aguinaldo; aguinaldo is a required payment by employers to employees.

It is a gift and rightly deserved.

fyi, HAND the envelope to the workers on the truck. If you leave it outside for them, sadly it will be taken by a thief before the truck gets there. Thieves know when the envelopes are given out to the public and they look for them during the season.
