Rental wanted

I have some friends looking for a long term rental starting in February.

Here is their wish list:

Ajijic Centro to San Antonio
2 bed, 2 bath minimum
Prefer furnished but will take unfurnished for the right place
Yard
pool (preferred but not mandatory)
Allow one dog
Off street parking

Budget is around $20,000 pesos per month.
