Nice rental wanted

We are currently in town looking for a nice updated house to rent. Require at least two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nicely furnished or unfurnished. Outdoor area. A quite area is preferred. We can rent now or start in the fall...long or short term. Non smoking. We have a small service dog that does not bark, unlike the dogs around Chula Vista Del Parque vacation rental we are in now. Local reference available.
