Winter Rental Wanted

For early retired couple, quiet, non-smokers, no pets. Seeking a furnished 2 bedroom unit, one or two bath, from Nov 1 2014 to April 18, 2015. Ideally would have either a private or community pool, reliable high speed internet, queen/king bed, well equipped kitchen. Easy walking distance to central Ajijic. Will not have a car. We prefer to not walk up the mountain. Looking to pay around $800/ mth if possible incl. utilities but may be flexible for an outstanding place. Have rental references if needed. We treat the place as our own and leave it better than we find it.
