COVID Vaccines - how many?
Does anyone know about what percentage of the Lakeside population has gotten one vaccine shot? And what percentage are fully vaccinated? Just wondering...

I would say that very few are fully vaccinated and those that are went NOB for their vaccinations.
Secondly, those that are locally vaccinated are over 60 and they have received only one dose. The second round for them should happen soon. Maybe.

The Municipio of Jocotepec are getting their second shots today, probably all will be done there this week.

I think most of the teaching profession are now fully vaccinated.

Did I just miss it or does anyone know why Chapala, here on 5/7, has not received their second nor is there a plan of when they will (that I know of).

Re: COVID Vaccines - how many?
Alfaro said on May 5 "2nd Sinovac shots for over 60s to arrive in "the next few days, so please watch for official communications." He also said proof of vaccination is available on https://mivacuna.salud.gob.mx, if you are missing yours.
I went there and printed out both my registration information and the receipt for the first shot, with space for the 2nd shot to be completed when the time comes. Click on EXPEDIENTE DE VACUNACION.

Re: COVID Vaccines - how many?
The link I provided for you is not related to vaccins administrated lakeside. It has to do with how effective sinovac is in relation to P1 variant which is a quite contagious form of covid.

I merely mentioned, I also got my second shot in Joco. Two different subjects related to the same vaccine. perhaps, I should have separated the two items.

And I was answering Rick.
JUST reported on TOB that Cristiania Park for Ajijic and Chapala over 60s 2nd shot may start as soon as tomorrow. They won't know exactly until they are told on the same day they start, which is a tad disorganized...
