Libramiento. New one at Steren. Coca Cola plant. Paninos. 4 lights in about 3 blocks. Traffic flow ???

It seems that the highway department here doesn't know how to coordinate lights to keep the traffic flowing.

The great thing about the new traffic revisions is the sign while traveling west on the carretera that says no right turn onto the libramiento. Gotta love Mexico. No wonder laws are only a suggestion.
