Mail Service Question
What would you recommend for someone who only wants an address in the U.S. for the bank to send credit and ATM card replacements every few years to? Use correos for other stuff but don't want to use it for the tarjetas.
Friends has been doing it but dementia is changing that. Had Sol y Luna for a year but was expensive for very rare use so gave it up.
Do any of the mail services give you their address and allow you to just pay as you use it?

Re: Mail Service Question
I-Shop & Mail has a community box. Check with them for the correct mail box number to use. There is a fee for each item.

Re: Mail Service Question
They charge 30p to receive and manage each item or box I order from Amazon mx, which is fantastic.

Re: Mail Service Question
I am going in to inquire about 1) community box and 2) a regular box
I want the Laredo address to deliver to from either Amazon or other places for the things that cannot be delivered to Mexico. And I think if you want to use their Laredo address, you have to pay for a regular box. I'll find out soon.
edited to add: called and there was a bad echo on the line. I'll have to go in and it won't be today.

I checked with them last week and got a generic answer. You can use the Laredo box "occasionally" without having a regular box. If you use it "often" they ask you to pay for a regular box.

Re: Mail Service Question
Estafeta U.S.A. is also very good. The Laredo office goes to the Mexican border every day to clear shipments. They will consolidate shipments and you send them a picture of what you are trying to order, they will personally ask the Mexican border agents if they can clear it. I believe there is only one company which will ship unsigned credit cards. DHL I think, but it is not inexpensive like Estafeta. Redpack U.S.A. is another trans border customs and delivery service, but I have never used them.
