Can I have a pkg shipped to the Laredo address that needs to go thru customs?
Can I then pick the pkg up at Sol y Luna and reimburse/pay custom fees?

Yes. You need to go by and fill out some simple paperwork.

Or, you can ship direct to S y L and they will accept for you. If you have a box it is free, if not, it is a small charge. 40p?

You pay their fee WHICH IS 50% of the value on the invoice unless the policy has changed in the last month or so. And yes we have a box. Which is why I depend on the kindness of friends to shlep stuff in their luggage.
