CB, next time you fire your smoker up, would it be possible to smoke, roast and dry some fresh ancho chiles for resale? There are the smoked chipoltle peppers on the market, which many say are jalepeno, but they are not, there are smoked chiles from Oaxaca, hotter than chipoltle, then smoked paprika from Europe, mild, with little smoke taste, and expensive.
