Smoked Salmon

All that of my first batch has sold. I made another batch yesterday. For those that have tried it I will appreciate some feedback unless you thought it was horrible then just send me a PM......lol.

Three people in my family have tried it and like it very much.  The flavor is great and the meat is flakey with the right texture
We are all hot smoked eaters of Irish salmon so definitely know what we like. It is a little sweeter than the Irish salmon.
Definitely be ordering more.

Smoked salmon with cream cheese and homemade basil-pecan pesto on a toasted bagel for supper yesterday, smoked salmon tortillas with goat cheese for breakfast this morning...absolutely FABULOUS Bob...what a WINNER!!

We have it with cream cheese, alcaparas, on homemade Irish soda bread.

Mmmm, picking some up tomorrow. Can't wait.

Thanks Ken. I know it is hard to stop eating it....lol. No problem delivering since you live so close. My salmon is brined and smoked the traditional Canadian Indian way.

I have two nephews and one second cousin living in Haida Gwai. Both are fishing guides. Go up and hook up with some 90lb Tyees, and 400 lb. Halibut, and you will be setup for all year. Plus tax deductible.
