Yep, I'll post on here. Probably towards the end of next week. I just bought 7 kgs of salmon and now waiting for delivery of more smoking supplies.

I just received a delivery of chips yesterday however if you no longer use yours I would take them. I have an additional smoker coming too so I can ramp up production. Should have tons of inventory by Thursday or Friday.

Tomorrow Ill be smoking all day. It will be ready to go Friday. I'll be home all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday for people to pick up. I may put it in my wife's store since she is open Tuesday thru Saturday 11 to 4. If I do I will let everyone know. Then you can drop in any time to get some. I'm going to try to ensure there is always inventory.

I'll take a pack. 300 pesos, mas or menos (we had that size last time and it was good for 2 meals for us).

My wife likes to visit Sharon and buyyyyyy. I can pick some up on Friday if it is there.
