Ilox down

My ilox is down in Ajijic Centro. Anyone else? I contacted them and they said they were working on something or other.

Upon further investigation I see the ilox fiber line has been cut and is laying on the sidewalk on the corner of 16th de septiembre and nicolas bravo. No one is working on it.........

Ok the techs just arrived at my house and I took them up the street to show them the cut line. They took a look then drove away......lol.

So I just told them the tech came and looked at it and drove away to which they responded "We hope that the service will be restored as soon as possible, the techs are already checking". Looks like we may be down a while.......

Or maybe not. They already came back and fixed the down line and checked with me to ensure everything was working now. I'm impressed!!!
