Shots fired in Mirasol

A friend told me that several nights ago shots were fired within a house across the street from him with 5 police trucks responding. I haven't heard a peep about this. Anyone else?

No, but I have a couple friends living there I will ask them.

This house is located about 1 block in from the entrance. On the corner of the main street in.

From one friend:
"Friends of ours who live on the other side of Mirasol heard shots at 1AM a few night ago but we know nothing else nor did we hear anything. If i learn more I will let you know."

Apparently the owners of the house weren't home but they did have a bad ass dog so perhaps they shot it although my friend thinks the dog was out with the owners so who knows what they were shooting at. Perhaps a safe or something?

Who lives in the house? Gringos/Mexicans?

I believe Mexicans. Younger couple with two young children.

I live in Mirasol and have heard nothing, nor did I see that many police cars . I am one block in so I think I would have noticed it. At the corner, one block in, there are no young Mexican couples, only middle aged and older couples, Mexican and Gringo.

Well I can assure you it happened. I got my info right from the eyewitness. Perhaps you were asleep at 1:00am when it occured. There has been many break ins in Mirasol lately. The house was one block in and two doors to the east on the right hand side.

Well, I will take your word for it. There is a Mexican couple that lives there with a HUGE loud dog. "Young" is probably relative. To my knowledge, I have never seen a child there, but I know the dog. We walk by there every day.

They were thinking the shots may have been for that dog although the people living there haven't said a word to the neighbors. Is the dog still there?

Dog is still there. Heard her yesterday and then again today. She had definitely been quieter this last month.
