Chula Vista morning walk assault

So a man & wife just retuned from Canada & have been walking to exercise up the steep part of Chula Vista, past club house & across from the new hospitaL) This morning they were assaulted, approached by a man on foot w a plastic (or not) gun.. wanting money. No money, so he grabbed the man's phone from shirt pocket, pushing him dowm & woman shoved to ground as well. Then ran off to a large black Chysler sedan, blacked out windows, waiting downhill as getaway ca Reported, everyone ok. But add this to at least 3 mid-day home break-in's in Chula Vista the past 2 months.. morning armed robbery in Floresta w gate breifly left open while dog being walked.. Another seriously bad streak., Be alert
