Recommendations for visit

Hello all down there.
My wife and I are headed your way in December for a vacation/scouting retirement trip. We will have two weeks, a car, and are staying in Ajijic.
I'm sure you have been asked this a million times, but could you tell me what are some of your favorite places to eat, shop, play tourist are?

Thank you Gringal, I have been monitoring that thread for some time. Looking forward to gaining some weight in December!!!

Bear in mind it might be a little, or a lot, cooler than you might have expected in November December. When the sun hides at this altitude, the heat turns off. Think light fleece in the mornings. You will definitely have have some sunshine during your stay and it will be the golden, warm sunshine of the south, not the harsh winter white of the North.

Thanks for temperature advice. Coming from Fairbanks in the winter, anything above 40 below is do-able!
