I know a number of seniors, both here and in Canada) who are using "weed" and they don't smoke it.

They can swallow it in a capsule form OR it can be made into concentrated oil and either put sublingually (under the tongue) OR used as a suppository. OR it can be mixed as a balm to be used topically on achy knees etc.

Don't you mean oil? Cooked, yep. But sublingual or supository? "Weed" is plant material.

Yes yes yes, "made into concentrated oil" for SL and rectal. Sorry, missed that part.

You can still use properly decarboxylated weed in a capsule form. The most important word is DECARBOXYLATED. Most people are decarbing their weed by smoking it and, in doing so, they are burning up a lot of the medical benefits of the more sensitive cannabinoids and terpenes.

The chlorophyll remains, though, in these methods and, ingested, can be really stomach heaving. That is why I prefer "oil". And by that I do not mean "infused oil". I mean properly extracted oil.
