Agustin of Viva Mexico profiled on YouTube

Agustin Vazquez is one of my favorite humans ever. In addition to running the wonderful Viva Mexico restaurant in San Juan Cosala, he does amazing work for his community. He was just profiled in this YouTube video, which I just discovered today. I hope y'all will watch.

Agustin is a real live saint and not mentioned is his restaurant Tia Lupita's where his Chiles en Nogada (and now I know why) are heavenly. The perfect reason to stop by for lunch or dinner, and bring a bag of rice or beans to help the man and his mission, it will be appreciated by more than a few.
