I was just told by telmex that they had no plans of improving the infrasrtucture here and that the further west you went from the Waffle house and the worse the connection was and same thing on the other side past San Antonio He said only if people drop them in mass will they rest..maybe..

Improving infrastructure? They can't even maintain the infrastructure that they were handed. Yet, I've never seen so many repair trucks housed in one spot for such a small area. Pathetic.
