ATMs Empty ATMs

I went to get some money today from the ATM at the Farmacia Guadalajara.  Their machine is gone.  Then I went to El Torito and their machine is also gone.  Does anyone know why?

The one at El Torito has been gone for months. I didn't know that the Farmacia Guadalajara ATM was also gone. That must have been a more recent development. It's unfortunate, because they were handy for when you needed to make purchases from those stores.
