Uber from Guadalajara to Ajijic at night?

Has anyone had experience with Uber from Guadalajara to Ajijic at night, say about 9 pm?

I have taken Uber from Guadalajara late at night no problem. You do have to have your UBER account set up to your CC or PayPal as they won't accept "cash" customers after a certain hour.

Yes night is no problem, also you can use cash to buy gift cards at Oxxo and then always have a credit balance without carrying cash.

Good idea Spencer. I didn't know you could add credit via gift cards.

Where do you catch the Uber car outside of the terminal?

Usually in the outer lane where you can drop people off or in front of the Oxxo across from the domestic arrivals.

I ordered an Uber from the GDL airport once (at night) and was confused about where to wait. Actually the driver cancelled so it did not work out but I contacted Uber and they said to wait where their mark is on their map on your phone. Sometimes it is really busy around the OXXO.
