CFE announces power outage! Empty CFE announces power outage!

Usually power outages are a surprise. Not today though. CFE delivered notices to our neighborhood in Las Salvias that the power will be out from 10 AM til 3 PM. They said it was to realize improvements to the existing network. Hopefully they'll replace the transformer that goes out at the first threat of a storm!
