Pancho's is open - strolled by today after wed market. Great wine selection & good price, barely any Costco markup. Butter, yogurt, cheddar, egg varieties I buy. Quality ingredients for smart cooks, I say. Minimal junk food. Dingy El T will suffer. As the carreterra insanity between Walmart & Panino's progresses, Wed Market + a stop @ P's will be looking pretty good..
