I read online a well written article featured in the July National Geographic about the DEA´s involvement in a mass murder in Allende, Coahuila. Extremely sad. Clearly illustrates how the best intentions of one government oftentimes creates disastrous collateral damage outside of their borders. Picked up the free script to Natl Geo when I downloaded Kindle.
