Smokehouse in West Ajijic
Bubba has lived in West Ajijic (Six Corners) for some16 years and today happened, (coincidentally) upon a new restaurant serving up
BBQ pork and beef ribs the pork of which Bubba indulged being an Alabama boy and, thus, inclined toward pig meat. Now, this ain´t BBQ Poke from Luverne, Alabma but, then, Bubba does not have to live in Luverne either so there bees a meaningful trade-off there and I chose to live in Ajijic and San Cristobal da Las Casas and you folks can have Luverne and its bowling alley and I am pleased to say that their BBQ pork and beef are delightful despite the fact that the chef is from New Zealand. This relatively new BBQ joint is just beyond the Six Corners área but before you see the OXXO Station on the way from Ajijic to Jocotepec. Good BBQ and Dawg recommends the place highly

Are my recommendations becoming frivously asserted? I´ll admit that a Burger King franchise here at Lakeside would suit me fine. Extra onions and mayo
on my cheeseburger , please.
Re: Smokehouse in West Ajijic
Again, I am "frivously" with you. The two us could make it a profitable franchise.
Extra pepinillo and hold the mayo.
ditto, ditto, ditto

Perhaps I look forward to meeting you slainte even if you do hold the mayo. But, in the meantime, here is the récipe for "Greenville BBQ Chicken"
A chicken
Hickory Wood upon which to smoke the chicken
One bottle of vinegar
One bottle of Worcestshire Sauce (named after the first Alabama infantrymen to serve in England in WW1 who inquired, "Whass dis shere sauce?)"
Lots of garlic
Onions
BBQ in a covered grill until done basteing repeatedly

And I also (look forward to it).
If that would ever happen, can we agree on a promoter that would maximize the admission profits of such an event.
EVENT = BK cheeseburger eating war. (holding the mayo is my secret weapon)
Afterwards we could enjoy a nice meal of your BBQ chicken.
