Discovered a new tropical fruit today

They are very good and exotic. Anyone have any experience using them for more than hand eating?

It is a fruit I bought in a verduria just north of the plaza in Chapala.
They peel and the pulp is like a pear and citric. Bought some more and will see how they are cold.
