Of course, anything is possible. However, remember the Bubba's guy who suddenly closed and said he was remodeling a new, large restaurant at an undisclosed location which would open at a to-be-announced time? He just disappeared into the sunset.

A small correction...
Bubba had a stroke and had to sell his business and return to Texas.
The new proprietor, an Icelander, was the one who left promising a new location....
which turned out to be Reykjavik..LOL

Slainte, I did not say it was Bubba. I said "the Bubba's guy," as in the guy who ran the restaurant named Bubba's. Sorry if that was not clear.
